This Bachan's shop publishes the following service commitments for its customers.

When will my order move?

Order preparation usually requires 1–2 business days; once dispatched, estimated carrier travel takes another 4–6 business days.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible defective and non-defective items may be returned or exchanged when requested within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective merchandise must be new and unused. Approval is required before mailing, and no restocking fee applies.
